High Quality Arts is not responsible for stolen and/or lost products. If lost/stolen please follow these options before contacting us.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

      ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

      ● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

      ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

  • All products are made to order items.

  • We do not offer exchanges on made to order items. Unless approved for exchange. 

  • Exchange will not be granted for new arrival products, this includes items on sale or items purchased during a sale.

  • NOTE: You must be approved before sending an item back. Items that are shipped back to us without approval will be donated.

  • Customers that have been approved for exchange or return must cover the cost of shipping for the return or exchange.

  • Approval for exchange or return is limited to item per purchase

  • Notice of exchanges or returns must be done within five days of customer receiving merchandise. The five days begin once notified by shipping company they have delivered the product. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. If we receive no notice, the item will be donated.

  • We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

  • Please be sure that all information is correct on your order before checking out.

  • Please be sure that you have chosen the correct size of the item you would like to purchase.

  • There are no exchanges/returns on sale or promotional items.

ALWAYS confirm the all your information, including your shipping address, name and credit card information and the product you selected is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or changing the order once it has been placed.

 

FULFILLMENT INFORMATION

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your printed product. Once the product is fulfilled, it will then be shipped. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 

  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

 

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 

  • The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.

  • Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 

  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery can take anywhere from 5-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. 

    Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays. We always print your shipping label first and fill your order next. We aim to ship your order the same day of fulfillment, but sometimes we are not able to do so until the next business day or our normal five business days. Once your order is on its way to you, you will see movement within 24 hours of the shipment. Some items will be shipped separately. 

  • Standard Shipping & Priority orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

  • Your order will be shipped by using United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, dpd. 

  • If your tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered and it is not physically at the imputed shipping address, please contact us with your tracking number for further information.

ALL CUSTOMERS

  • If your tracking number is not working after 3 business days, please let us know by contacting us immediately.

  • If your tracking number is in transit, please contact the shipping provider since we are only able to see the same information as you do.

  • If there is a problem with the tracking number, please contact the shipping provider through your tracking number. Once we ship your item, we are no longer in control of it. The Shipping provider has all of the information you require.

  • Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address or order after the order has been placed.

International Policy

High Quality Arts internationally

High Quality Arts is now open for international orders and shipping. International orders are going to shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 days) method. Below is a list of countries we do NOT ship to.

Unfortunately due to legal restrictions and such carrier limitations, High Quality Arts does NOT ship to all countries world wide. The countries that High Quality Arts does NOT ship to are the following: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Why shipping cost more for select European countries.

Factors such as deliverability and industry trade organization. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are regularly accessible. Similarly shipping rates for countries that take part in specific trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher. European countries that have separate shipping rates: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland*. Furthermore this list of countries is subject to change as time continuous to adjust. 

Tax and custom's work for orders in Mexico.

Orders fulfilled in Mexico that are shipped to the US won't be charged customs fees. However they might be charges a sales tax if applicable. All orders fulfilled in Mexico are transported to a distribution center in San Diego. From the distribution center the orders are then ship from there. Because the products are being shipped from the US they won't be charged customs but will adhere to any applicable sales taxes. Sales tax varies depending on the final destination of the order.
